My government vouchers are spent (on a new camera, of course), my time card&#8217;s filled out, and I&#8217;m pretty much packed up, except for a few small things. Tomorrow morning I&#8217;m flying to Paris, where I&#8217;m going to spend a few days before going down to Spain for a couple of weeks. I&#8217;ve never been to Europe before and don&#8217;t really know what to expect except for a really long flight. I&#8217;ll try to write in this account each night, but I have no idea what the wifi access situation is going to be, so no promises. It&#8217;s getting late, and after staying up until 2 a.m. the other night watching Obama&#8217;s inauguration, I need as much sleep as I can get before my 4 a.m. alarm.<\/p>\n<p>So see you in Paris, hopefully.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was my last day of work before the Chinese New Year holiday.
